User Agreement and Disclaimer

Thank you for using Amor. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and TwinerLite LLC, the manager of the APP. Please read it carefully.

Disclaimer:

1.1 Content Responsibility: When using the Service, ensure your content and uploaded reference images DO NOT infringe on others' rights, contain inappropriate or profane content, or involve politically sensitive content.  All input must be legal and compliant.

1.2 Content Violation Consequences: If you intentionally input content as described in 1.1, generate illegal pictures, or spread rumors impacting the company, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and pursue legal liabilities.

1.3 AI-Generated Content: Acknowledge that content generated by our service is AI-generated. TwinerLite LLC does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or functionality, and it does not represent our views.

1.4 Service Limitations: Our services are provided within legal limits and based on publicly available information, continuously filtered for sensitive data. Feedback for any discrepancies is welcome.

1.5 Agreement Compliance: Before accepting this Statement, input usage specifications in accordance with the User Agreement and Disclaimer.

1.6 Acceptance: Whether you've read this Statement or not, clicking to agree or using our Service implies your agreement to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

1.7 Privacy: We respect user privacy. Ensure no personal information is included in your input.

User Protocol:

I. Agreement Content and Alteration: This includes the text and rules published by the APP. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violation can and will lead to deletion of your account and related content. All terms are binding once you agree and complete registration. Changes to the Agreement may occur, and continued use signifies acceptance.

II. Registration: Users must have legal capacity and bear legal responsibilities. Registration information must be accurate and updated for changes. User privacy is protected.

III. Account: Keep your account details secure. Account names shouldn’t infringe on others' rights. The APP isn’t responsible for the security of your account but will assist if compromised.

IV. User Information Usage: The APP may send notifications via email, SMS, or phone. User information may be used for evidence preservation.

V. Service Usage Agreement: Use the Service responsibly and legally. Do not infringe on others' rights and comply with legal requirements. The APP is not liable for Service outcomes and may change or terminate services.

VI. Intellectual Property Rights: The content and software on this APP are the property of TwinerLite LLC. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content or software.

VII. Liability Limitation: TwinerLite LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

VIII. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwinerLite LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

IX. Amendments: TwinerLite LLC reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

X. Termination: TwinerLite LLC may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

XI. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association.

XII. Governing Law: This Agreement and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TwinerLite LLC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

XIII. Miscellaneous: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

XIV. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes and replaces any prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral.

Note: For any violations of this Statement, TwinerLite LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement and seek compensation for losses.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or TwinerLite LLC, and will terminate immediately upon your breach of any term of this Agreement or if TwinerLite LLC decides to discontinue the Service.
